YUKAN: heal yourself
One-off session: The Sayer Method is a healing session which enables you to heal your physical and emotional traumas.
This healing technique has been created by Duke Sayer (London, UK) and it enables anyone to treat
and heal any physical pain or emotional program, blocages that have been creating from a past
trauma or event. I will take you through a guided meditation and my role is to find out the point of
creation of the negative emotion of physical pain in order to understand the decisions that you have
subconsciously made at that time, and how you got to create that emotion, pain or behaviour that is
getting you stuck. Through that technique, I will be able to understand how your EGO is trying to
protect you, the limiting beliefs you have created and finally I will be giving you the awareness that
you need in order to understand and heal your physical pain or the negative emotions. This can be
quite an intense process, and you will need to allow a few days to integrate the awareness, following
up to the healing session.
